‘Check In’ Days

Each week we have a ‘Check In’ day – This is where we set weekly targets for you to hit, take your pictures, measurements discuss how your week has been and how we can improve the next week – This is how we stay on track to achieve your goals!


Personalised Workout Plans

All training programs are completely personalised to you! Whether it’s based around your current gym or workouts from home, I can create the right program for you. All plans are in your ‘Workout Section’ with full exercise video demonstrations of each exercise. Your workouts are even linked directly through your smart watches!


Adaptations

As all training plans are personalised, a full consultation is completed beforehand and injuries/mobility issues will be catered for and adaptations made.

Dietary Needs + SmartMeals

During the whole process of my online coaching, it’s all about learning and understanding your food. I want you to be able to sustain everything you learn with me and carry it forward for the rest of your life. You will be learning how to use ‘MyFitnessPal’ and tracking your food within the first 8 weeks and following the calories/macros I’ve set you, for your goal.


SmartMeals

On the App you will be given 1000’s of different recipes, with cooking demo videos which are all macro-calculated and based around your likes/dislikes. Pescatarian, vegan and vegetarian options are available.

Are the programmes available worldwide?

Yes!

It’s important to me to be able to help anyone around the world, so anyone can access this programme.

Can I continue after the 8 weeks has come to an end?

Yes!

Some goals take a lot longer to achieve than others, or you may have other goals in mind.
I offer a monthly subscription for £50 per month after the initial 8-week training plan.

I’m new to the gym, is this good for a beginner?

Of course!

I work with a range of clients with different abilities, from beginner to experienced gym-goers. Your programme will be tailored to YOUR capabilities, regardless of your experience.

I’m a vegan / vegetarian / have dietary restrictions; will the meal plan suit me?

Yes!

I have a SmartMeal plan option which gives 100’s of different recipes for all dietary requirements.

Can I do the plan at home?

Yes!

I can tailor this to your access of equipment and work around YOU.
